Adams-Owens Prize

The Adams-Owens Prize is named for two giants of African American Art Song composition, H. Leslie Adams and Robert Owens. Recipients are acknowledged as having achieved a high level of distinctinion particularly in art song, spirituals, oratorio, and/or opera.
